Let’s Brew!

.) Rinse and warm your press with hot water and discard after 1 min. Grind your fresh beans to medium to coarse grinds.

.) With French press on your scale reset to zero, measure your 35g of grounds and pour 60g of water and stir for 30 seconds until grounds are fully submerged.

.) Pour the remaining 500g of water, place the lid and push the plunger down until all beans are submerged at the top of the press. Watch the clock, percolate for 4 minutes.

.) When 4 minutes has gone by slowly push the plunger and a steady pace downwards until all grounds have been pushed to the bottom. Serve and Enjoy that beautiful cup off coffee, you deserve it!
