We ship to all provinces in Canada. Unfortunately we do not ship to the US at this time. 

We pack and ship orders daily from Monday to Friday. Your package will typically be ready to ship in 1-2 days.

Coffee and gear are sent by expedited parcel and you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number from Canada Post. We cannot guarantee shipping times due to Covid delays, however, within Ontario it is typically 3 days or less.

YES! Coffee can be ordered online - simply choose local pick up and you will receive an email when your order has been placed out for contactless pick up. The pick up location is the roastery (676 Deseronto Road) and you'll find it in a brown bag labelled with your name. Pick up orders are usually ready within 24 hours and are set outside from 8am-8pm, and returned to the basket the next day.

All packages include tracked shipping and are easily trackable through Canada Post. Please follow the link in your “packaged has shipped” email. If help is needed contact us at

For damaged shipments, the process is serviced by Canada Post. Please note Canada Post service tickets could take up to 14 business days to be resolved.

Online Orders are only available for cancellation within 24 hours of the order being placed, once the order is being processed we cannot make any changes. For cancellations within the 24 hour period please email us at

We cannot accept returns on roasted coffee.

Merchandise and Brewing Gear can be returned within 30 days of purchase in unused condition, with unopened original packaging. Return shipping will be paid by returning party and refund will be processed when the return is received and inspected. If a problem occurs with brewing gear after use please contact the manufacture directly.


Subscriptions are a great way to keep the good stuff coming while taking advantage of discounts and perks.

Simply select your roasts and delivery schedule. We send you the coffee and you get billed each time to the credit card of your choice.

Manage, change or cancel your subscription at any time.

Select the option you want, pay for the coffee upfront upon order and we deliver it on your chosen schedule. Receive perks and discounts. It's also an epic gift, simply add your recipient's shipping address and your billing information. Cannot be cancelled.

Prepaid subscription orders are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

For modifications to your PAY AS YOU GO subscription, please make modifications before your order has been processed. If not, the modification will take effect for the next shipment. Modifications are made through your RECHARGE account created at the time of purchase.

You can cancel your PAY AS YOU GO subscription any time, however if your order has been processed you’ll receive that last shipment and then be cancelled.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee.

This is a great question! Not only is our coffee roasted fresh each week in small batches, it boasts compelling flavour profiles not found in commercial coffee.

Craft Coffee

Are you new to fresh roast? We want to get the best coffee into your hands, and we'd love to help you learn and explore this world!

We recommend drinking your fresh roast within 3-4 weeks of roast. You'll notice the flavour profile change over this time. It isn't necessarily "bad" after this timeline, it is simply a "best before" date. Using the resealable tab will help to lengthen the life of your beans.

We get this one a lot -- simply pull the tab across the BACK of the bag and you'll get a clean tear with the ability to reseal the zipper inside. Always reseal the zipper for optimal freshness of those beautiful beans.
